I indeed worked out. Yes, I was talking with Warren because we had just finished a set of supermans and windshield wipers. This was done post weight lifting. We performed 3 sets of 5 second supermans for 10 reps and 3 sets of 10 rep windshield wipers. Let's just say planks can't shake a stick at supermans. Check them out on you tube. I challenge anyone to get up to 20 reps for both.
