New Circuit with Photos

Had fun working out today. Holly says I am the silliest person she has ever met. Compliment taken, Holly.

We started out with 30 minutes on the treadmill. Push yourself!!

Moved to the gym where I started with some squats and Holly started with stiff legged dead weight lifts, elevated.

We were a little silly taking these photos but it was a fun workout! I am hungry now!!
