Just wanted to say that having a workout partner OR two is a must! When you feel like quiting they can yell you back into the reality that you need to workout. So thank you Holly and thank you Gabe for yelling me back into reality. Last week I felt like quiting everything and you both keep me going.

set of 21s
15 stiff legged dead lifts, elevated (These hurt!)
15 dips or kick backs
30 squats
10 push ups or flyes
10 toe raises per leg than 10 with both legs
15 second plank
30 ball crunches
