Whats a mountain climber?
Mountain climber:
Assume the position as if you're about to do a push-up. In that position bring your left knee up with your right leg still stationary. In a knee up motion, bring your right to your right elbow, then left knee to left elbow, then right to right, and when you bring the left back to left (starting position) that will count as one mountain climber. I hope the explanation helped somewhat, if not Cuzn GABE can demonstrate it for you or check out this link on YouTube...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SR_AYW8AOA. Let me know how "Espresso" works out for you
Oh I get it. Those sound tough but we will give it a try. Thanks Hodges!
