For the turkey chili, I used ground turkey, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, my normal chili spices and some beef bouillion. I made a spinach salad with the chili. Sorry no photo I ate it while I was cooking.
For the chicken rollatini, I followed the recipe the best I could...I refuse to measure and conform to such constraints that all the joy and creativity is taken out of cooking. To go with the chicken I suggest some califlower mashers or coucous. ENJOY!

Mmmm...this looks delish! We also cooked the turkey chili on Sunday night. It was great! I will have to try the other recipe soon though.
