for lunch yesterday we stopped at dairy queen. i got a grilled chicken salad when everyone else got fatty hamburgers and fries. they sure looked good but i practiced self control. for dinner we went to outback. i got the 6 ounce outback special an d rice. i was kind of sad about not getting a loaded potato but again refrained and got rice. the rice was actually very very good! when we got back to the hotel i went and got on the treadmill for 30 minutes. now, i did only walk since i had just eaten, but a little something is better than nothing!
and so it brings us to this morning. i actually got up at 5:30 and went to workout. i ran a mile and walked a mile. i know that may not sound like much, but running a mile was quite an accomplishment for me, as Alainna knows! i hate to run! i am an elliptical girl! then affter workout was a shower and breakfast which was some cereal.
i am now off the texarkana for my meetings! have a great day!!!

Awesome Holly! Can I borrow some of that self control? Yesterday I ate my usually breakfast bar, lean cuisine panini for luch, and healthy choice roasted chicken for dinner. Sorry no exercise to report unless you count walking around in 3.5 inch heels from 7:30am until 8:00pm last night. I think it should count!
