Lazy Weekend

Okay, I admit that I have been lazy the past few days. I was not able to work out on Thursday b/c I was SWAMPED during lunch and I admittingly did no kind of workout Friday - Sunday. However, today I got back into the swing of things...and I am pleased to report I am down around 5 lbs from when I started this at the beginning of January! YEAH!!!

Okay, this weekend I did get a chance to cook some healthy food though. Saturday night I cooked BAKED POTATO SOUP.

It was pretty good I have to admit. I did add around 2 ounces of velvetta cheese to thicken it a little, and I actually just finished the leftovers today for lunch. Good stuff.

I went to the grocery store yesterday and below are the meals I have planned for the next week or so.
