I had a request for circuit workout details and a photo of Gabe's guns. For now here is the circuit workout details.
Treadmill 20 minutes to warm up the muscles and get your heart rate up
Balance Ball Bench
Bent Over Row
Bicep Curl with medicine ball
Triceps extensions with medicine ball
Shoulder press
Sumo Squats
Abs
That completes one circuit. You can either do 15 reps per exercise or do as much as you can in 30 seconds. Repeat the circuit for 30 minutes.
I will try to get photos of each exercise today. Oh yeah and I will see if Gabe will pose his guns for the camera.
